It's usually best to have an initial chat on the phone to see if I can help you and whether psychotherapy is going to be useful for you. If we think we can work together then you will come to my office and we can have a more detailed and fuller conversation about what you want to achieve and how we might get there.  If we scope out goals together then we are more likely to be successful and you can measure your progress as we go along.
